Humble Pie is a neighborhood restaurant offering chef-driven American dishes at The Interlock on Atlanta’s Westside.
From the team behind James Beard Nominated Lazy Betty and Juniper Cafe (just named a 2022 Best New Restaurant by bon appétit!), including Chefs Ron Hsu and Aaron Phillips, the restaurant serves vegetable-forward menus using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients from farms and producers like Diamond City Farms, Rock House Creamery, Spotted Trotter, DaySpring Farms and Fripper's.
Our pizza dough is made with our own starter that was born in 2020 and made with locally milled flour from DaySprings Farms in Athens, GA.
